Is it important to you that your policy is to send e-mail messages only to announce such information? Isn't it possible that you won't continue to honor this policy? Maybe all communications are required as a part of this service. I think you need to stop worrying that I do not wish to receive these letters I may discontinue my participation in the service and close my account. I don't think it would appropriate for me to read your online Privacy Statement.
